Modeling, acting, and etiquette training that builds poise, presence, and professionalism on stage, on camera, and in everyday life.
Studio A Dance and Pilates
Advanced dance for ages 12 and up, plus contemporary mat Pilates for teens and adults, led by Alexys Friol.
We will help your daughter realize her inner beauty as well as her outer beauty. Not what the world wants her to look like or be, but what she sees as beautiful within herself.

The Young Ladies of Grace is much more than a dance studio, it is a second home. After a bad experience my daughter had in a well-known dance studio she wanted to quit dancing. After a year she agreed to give another chance to dancing. At the moment Sheira stepped into the studio and met Ms. Angela and Janine she smiled and decided to give it a chance. For more than 4 years now the Young Ladies of Grace is a major part of her life. Mrs. Angela is a talented teacher who give all of her heart to the girls. A year ago my younger daughter joined. I am so lucky to have Ms. Angela, Janine and the other great professional dance teachers in our lives. Thank you! Liat.
We have had such positive experiences with this dance studio. Our daughter has learned from all three dance instructors, and they have each been incredibly positive, supportive, professional, and creative. We appreciate that the classes’ foundation is ultimately based upon the girls’ positive self-image and the concepts of being supportive of others, anti-bullying, respect for self and others (including parents), and helping. Kudos to Janine and Angela for building such a great place for girls to do what they love: dance with abandon. And learn a lot, to boot.
