Nutrition and Fitness Classes
Nutrition & Fitness classes are available to girls 3-17.
Each class is designed according to skill level, experience and age.
Nutrition and Fitness classes are dedicated to creating a healthy body image in young women. Dynamic sessions consist of fun high-energy workouts including: yoga, kickboxing, pilates, barre, weights or cardio. Additionally, each session includes nutritional guidance. Students will learn the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of particular foods and will become educated on general nutrition and exercise. Classes are centered around building our confidence and self-esteem as well as accepting and embracing our beautiful bodies!
Monthly topics are incorporated in each class.
